All items ship with Canada Post trackable shipping services unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
Estimated Shipping Times
1 - 2 days within Ontario
3 - 5 days Canada wide
7 - 12 days to the US
14 - 21 + days Worldwide
If you want to purchase simpler or cheaper shipping labels ie. without tracking numbers, please let me know and we can work out a less expensive option for shipping
***If you are double charged or charged extra for shipping please let me know and i will refund you the difference and any additional costs***
Pick up, delivery or meet halfway within Toronto/GTA is possible, please inquire.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns, refunds and exchanges are allowed within a 30 day period.
Buyer must cover return shipping and any additional costs (tariffs, taxes, customs charges etc...) and is responsible for any damage done to the item.
Any damaged items will no be refunded. Partial refund is possible if it can be repaired.
Any refunds or returns are for the item cost only. Initial shipping costs from seller to its destination are non refundable.
Ultimately, communicate with me what you want and any possible issues and I'm sure we can resolve any bumps along the way. : )
